Lorraine, a crossroads in Europe and a region of hillsides, has a rich fruit heritage, which we wish to showcase through our vintages. The diversity of species and varieties in Lorraine's orchards offers a wide range of flavors. This peasant heritage is at the heart of our work. Our travels have allowed us to understand arboriculture in the broadest sense, and then more specifically cider-making, and have reinforced in us the idea of terroirs. This awareness and our experiences gave us the desire to create the cider house in Reillon, the village where we grew up. We hand-harvest the region's fruits in traditional high-stem orchards.
