The vineyard work is carried out by the ESAT Val de Lorraine in Liverdun. The ESAT Val de Lorraine is located in the center of Meurthe et Moselle and near the Toul coast. Our vineyard is one of our working tools. It helps us achieve part of our objectives, which is to provide a suitable environment in line with the capacity of the people we welcome. Our skills are recognized by local professionals, and our mastery of the winemaking profession (vine pruning, trellising, harvesting, etc.) allows us to offer wines classified as AOC and certified organic.
