Located at the crossroads of Sarrebourg, Lunéville, and Baccarat, the organic farm is run by 3 brothers who are passionate about livestock farming. Grass is the farm's main crop, and the cereals grown are used for animal feed. The main breed is the Blonde d'Aquitaine, with some Limousin cows, and we now own some beautiful Aubrac cows. To expand our direct sales, we also breed straw-fed pigs raised on organic cereals and whey. We can therefore offer you beef, veal, pork, and charcuterie, all made in our laboratory, in retail or in packages.
