Located in the heart of the historic center, the Pépinière Park (often called "La Pep'" by locals) offers a true haven of greenery with its 21 hectares of wooded areas and magnificent rose garden. Formerly a royal nursery founded by Stanislas on the site of the old ducal gardens and bastions of the Old Town, it was transformed into a public park in 1835 while retaining its original layout. It's a paradise for walkers, joggers, strollers, children, and students—a breath of fresh air for city dwellers, an essential green escape! The park offers numerous recreational activities: a small animal area, a mini-golf course, a playground, several food and candy shops, as well as numerous sports fields (football, basketball, pétanque, etc.) and a gymnasium. Opening hours: 6:30 am to 10 pm from April 1st to June 30th; 6:30 am to midnight from July 1st to October 31st; 6:30 am to 8 pm from November 1st to March 31st. Access: Entrances on Place Stanislas, Boulevard du 26e RI and Rue Sigisbert Adam
