Donated to the city of Nancy in 1913 by Achille Olry, a plant enthusiast, this park boasts magnificent trees such as plane trees, beeches, oaks, yews, chestnut trees, and the ginkgo tree (also known as the maidenhair tree). Along the park's edge, the municipal greenhouses produce 450,000 flowering plants annually for the city's flowerbeds. This neighborhood green space also offers all the elements of a typical city garden, with sunny and shaded lawns; the canopy of large trees, some of which are found nowhere else in Nancy; a profusion of blooms; play and relaxation areas; and a pond. It is worth noting that the playground has equipment adapted for children with disabilities.
