This castle, built in 1444, withstood numerous sieges until 1639 when, captured for the last time, it was dismantled on the orders of Richelieu. Its architecture, adapted to the early days of artillery, makes it a unique castle in Lorraine. The manor house now houses numerous exhibitions (local archaeology, the 1900s model, Lorraine earthenware, etc.). Every year, the castle comes alive with youth work camps during the summer months, creating new cultural spaces. It also welcomes school groups for discovery days, by reservation only. Visits are available year-round, by reservation, in July and August, from Tuesday to Friday. Nearby attractions include the Church of Moyen and a bridge dating from the Middle Ages to the Middle Ages.
