The label
It helps to better meet the needs of people with disabilities , whatever the disability: motor, visual, auditory and mental, in order to allow everyone to choose their holidays and leisure activities in complete freedom.
The structures eligible for the label are tourism professionals and players carrying out an activity aimed at tourist customers, in particular:
- tourist accommodation providers
- tourist offices
- visiting and leisure sites
- places to eat
In addition to complying with the regulatory requirements of your activity, you must meet all the mandatory criteria of the standard for each disability category for which certification is sought and achieve a score of at least 75% on the usability criteria . The criteria must be met for at least two of the four disability categories.
