Majorelle stained glass windows
The Maison de la Formation (the former offices of the Longwy Steelworks) houses a priceless treasure: the Majorelle stained-glass windows. Created in 1928 by Louis Majorelle, the Art Deco stained-glass windows are listed as Historic Monuments and symbolize the work of the men in the steel industry. Discover the 4 levels which respectively represent an overview of the factory, the steelworks and rolling mill, the blast furnace and the factory chimneys. Self-guided tour from Monday to Friday. Guided tours all year round, by reservation, for individuals with a minimum of 2 paying people (excluding Sundays and public holidays, except for groups of more than 10 people) and for groups.
