In Baccarat, a city whose name immediately evokes crystal, the Baccarat Collection presents the history of the prestigious manufacturer through numerous exceptional pieces.
Founded in 1764 with the permission of Louis XV, the Baccarat crystal factory quickly became a symbol of the French art of living. Recognized worldwide, it has grown over the centuries.
Inaugurated in October 2023, the Baccarat Collection is a museum space that traces the rich heritage of the house: its history, but also its expertise. Through the exhibition "The Joy of Living of the World's Great Since 1764," this museum unveils 600 impressively dazzling pieces: sparkling chandeliers, Chanel or Guerlain perfume bottles, and even colored glasses. Pieces of excellent craftsmanship that have belonged to more than 70 personalities: Empress Eugenie, the Princess of Monaco, Joséphine Baker, Marilyn Monroe, ...
