This charming studio, with an area of 37 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It consists of a pretty living room with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made upon your arrival. The studio is composed as follows - A living room with sofa bed, dining table and TV and a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200) - A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to enjoy all the essential shops nearby, but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport If you choose to come by car, you will have a private parking space available.
