Comedy Festival
and disability

The Comedy and Disability Festival returns for its 4th consecutive year at Espace Montrichard. The opening act features Margaux Helin, a stand-up comedian who uses a wheelchair: a woman who imagines others will stand up for her, even though she can't! Headlining the show is David Sun, an established comedian: at 30, David has just graduated from medical school. After 10 years of study, he has all the credentials for a CV rather than a stage show. But when he learns that his girlfriend is leaving him for one of his friends, he decides he needs to take a break to reflect. Thanks to his strict upbringing, David had one goal in mind: academic success. Today, it's about finding fulfillment. CrossFit, therapy, personal development—he's tried every avenue of recovery, but it's ultimately on stage that he rediscovers not only his zest for life, but also a connection with others, all with a radiant energy and refreshing lightness.
