Oil central heating, charges not included, flat rate of €10 / day from November to the end of March. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha, private swimming pool, unfenced land of 2000 m². 2-wheel shed. The Lorraine Regional Natural Park's pond area is 30 minutes away (Lindre Estate, Gondrexange Pond, etc.). Sainte Croix Animal Park is 40 minutes away, and Nancy (Stanislas Square, museums, etc.) is also 40 minutes away.
