Our Estate: The LAROPPE estate comprises 20 hectares located in Bruley and Pagney behind Barine. In the heart of the Toul vineyards, it benefits from exceptional natural conditions: very well-drained clay-limestone slopes, south and southeast exposures, and optimal sunshine. The dominant grape variety currently is Gamay (45%), from which the rosé wine is made. Pinot Noir (45%) and Auxerrois (10%) are used to produce the red and white wines, respectively. Domaine Laroppe also produces the Aubin grape, an ancient variety waiting to be discovered! Our wines from the Côtes de Toul AOC have been certified organic since the 2020 harvest. Free Tasting: We welcome you year-round, Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), to our tasting room, without appointment, to taste our wines free of charge. Maximum 15 people. Private tasting: We offer a private tasting for a professional event, a gathering with friends, an association, etc. In a cellar at the Domaine, guided by a member of our team, you will discover a selection of 4 wines. Throughout the tasting, the history of Domaine Laroppe, the winemaking process, and food pairings will be presented. Duration approximately 1 hour. Primarily Monday to Friday (possibly Saturday depending on the number of participants). €5 per person. For 15 to 60 people. RESERVATION REQUIRED
