The romantic 20-hectare park, the work of Choulot, surrounds the château like a green setting. It follows an XNUMXth-century garden created by an emulator of Lenôtre. You will appreciate the grand perspectives, the serpentine paths, the skylights, the water mirrors and the factories, the groves and the high forests, without forgetting the island and its pretty Art Nouveau bridge. If the exotic species (tulip trees) have disappeared with age and time, beautiful species remain, notably pines. A planting program is still underway in order to remain faithful to tradition. And near the garden with its rose garden and fruit trees, at the back of the XNUMXth-century Orangery, there is a recently restored trompe l'oeil, evoking the painted decor that undoubtedly served as a backdrop for XNUMXth-century festivals.
