Built at the end of the 15th century following the victory of Duke René II of Lorraine against Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, the Cordeliers Church became the dynastic necropolis of the House of Lorraine and an emblematic site of ducal power. The numerous works on display—paintings, sculptures, stained glass windows, and objets d'art—trace five centuries of Lorraine history within Nancy's oldest church. Enhanced by digital projections that will immerse you in the heart of the capital of the duchies, a model of Nancy in 1611 is also unveiled for this occasion.
