Come learn more about gardens and their inhabitants! Discover the hidden life of our gardens and their inhabitants during a dedicated day! Registration required! On the program: Wednesday, 22nd - 10am-12pm: WORKSHOP - FOR OUR GARDEN HELPERS (with L'Atelier Vert) Under every leaf and every piece of bark, an army of tiny creatures is at work: the helpers. But do you really know who they are? Come and meet them to learn how to distinguish the ally from the pest and thus welcome them properly. Open to all (ages 6 and up) - 14pm-15:30pm: WORKSHOP - SUPER SPIDERS: THE HIDDEN SIDE OF OUR NEIGHBORS (with Le Laboratoire Sauvage) They are often disliked, yet they are the silent guardians of the balance in our gardens. What if, for the duration of a workshop, you changed your perspective? All ages (4 and up) Saturday 25th: All ages (6 and up) - 9:30-11:30 am: WORKSHOP - GARDEN BIRD OBSERVATORY (with L'Atelier Vert) Learn the protocol for observing garden birds. Learning to count birds also means learning to analyze a silhouette, a pattern, a song... - 14-15:30 pm: WORKSHOP - FROM SEED TO PLANT: HOW TO SOW (with Des Racines et des Liens) The secret to a bountiful garden begins before the harvest! Get your hands dirty to master the right techniques, from seed depth to choosing the ideal potting mix.
