Dive into the Lorraine brewing industry ... In order to help you discover how they produce their craft beers, the Brasseurs de Lorraine organize guided tours of the brewery. After an introduction to the history of beer and the brewery, your guide will explain the manufacturing process: the raw materials, the work in the brewing room, fermentation by yeasts, filtration of the beer and packaging in bottles and barrels. Each tour lasts approximately 1 to 1 hours, and always ends with a tasting of a beer or soft drink in the brewery cellar. Visit every Friday at 30:17 p.m., regardless of the number of participants, and by appointment for groups.
