At the age of 14, I watched my grandfather take care of his two hives. Then, very quickly, I was captivated by the world of bees. First, I helped him by following his advice and gradually I built my own apiary: the bees were doing well. Over the years, I encountered difficulties including a significant loss of bee colonies. I had to react. I then questioned my practices and it was alone that I found solutions. It is certainly because of the lack of advice that today I joined a school apiary as a trainer. Indeed, it seems very important to me to communicate and share knowledge. Today, I produce most of my honey in the town of Pont-A-Mousson but also in the Vosges and Alsace mountains. This diversity is an asset for customers who can choose from a varied panel. My plan is to continue to diversify.
