For 37 years, Maison Caffet has been paving the way for excellence in Chocolate and Pastry, combining boldness and expertise. A family affair, the Pascal Caffet signature originates in the historic heart of Troyes, when Lydie and Bernard Caffet, Pascal's parents, created a "chocolate boutique" in 1979 to showcase their praline and ganache creations. Pascal Caffet took over the chocolate shop in 1983 and devoted his talent to pursuing his passion. Constantly pursuing research and development, Maison Caffet cultivates its creativity around simple, understated, beautiful, and above all, perfectly balanced and delicious products, made with carefully selected raw materials. Its high-end chocolates and candies are available in annual collections, while its macarons and biscuits, desserts, and pastries reveal their exquisite flavors. Maison Caffet proudly upholds its values of transmission, expertise, and innovation. Since 2014, the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label has been awarded to this exceptional skill, derived from an ancestral process passed down from generation to generation, and the expertise of the Master Craftsman who created this renowned and constantly developing company.
