Four generations of sheep farmers, Isabelle, Philippe, and Clément of the GAEC du Froid Pertuis, have a sheep and cereal farm. A small flock of Suffolk and Suffolk/Romane crossbred sheep is specially raised on grass and hay + alfalfa to be sold directly. Isabelle gives presentations in class to raise students' awareness of the farming profession and the role of agriculture in the environment.
