Butchery and Sale of Regional Products: The butchery is predominantly bovine because the beef comes directly from the manager's farm: Mr PARFAIT Alain. The meat is of the Limousin breed, which is known for its tenderness and marbled taste. The heifers are raised during the summer, in pastures in the meadows and noble products in winter. The butchery promotes all meats: pork, veal, lamb and poultry from producers in the Grand-Est and if possible Lorraine. The butchery also promotes cheeses, honey and beers from the region. The team present on site also promotes all the Côtes de Toul Wines that we sell on site. Since 2023, the butchery has been exporting with automatic meat distributors in Ecrouves and Toul. The meat is preserved in vacuum-packed format. A restaurant "La Limousine" has been open since September 2016, where you can find all the good Lorraine products sold in the butcher's shop in a very pleasant setting.
