Spanning 2.5 hectares, the Cure d'Air park offers a true breath of fresh air and a magnificent view of Nancy. In 1900, a spa and convalescent home was established on the city's heights, 300 meters above sea level, on the Haut-de-Chèvre hill. The pure air and sunny exposure immediately attracted many visitors, and the park quickly became fashionable. It expanded to include children's playgrounds, a guinguette (open-air café), and a restaurant. After the First World War, the estate was acquired by the Sisters of the Visitation but reopened to the public in 1991 after their departure. It also boasts heritage apple and pear varieties.
