This central space, spanning over 1.5 hectares and located along the canal, is a constant spectacle of vegetation and fountains, inviting visitors to stroll and daydream. In addition to unusual ponds filled with aquatic plants, it reveals small squares bordered by large trees. Children love these spaces where they can play in complete safety. From Rue Henri Bazin to Rue des Tiercelins, seven ponds are designed around a specific botanical theme: the Iris Canal, the Reedbed Pond, the Typha Pond, the Water Mirror Pond where submerged plants grow, and the Fountain Pond, which is used for model boating. The Hundred Fountains Pond creates a garden of unusual and moving shapes, while the largest body of water, the Water Lily Pond, features an island planted with bald cypress trees.
