The winery brings together between 40 and 50 volunteer members on 5 hectares, mostly cultivated within the commune. The grape varieties: - 2 old varieties from the collections of Christian Oberlin and Eugène Kuhlmann - a cross between Vitis Vinifera (Europe) and Vitis Riparia and Rupestris (North America) - the Oberlin variety contributes a strong tannic structure, an intense garnet-purple color, and blueberry flavors - the Léon Millot variety contributes a delicate structure and subtle red fruit flavors. The wines: - the Fruité, obtained by direct pressing after harvesting. It expresses red fruit flavors with sometimes hints of pepper and cinnamon. Best served slightly chilled. - the Bleu, obtained after maceration for 24 to 48 hours, expresses flavors of kirsch and candied blueberries. Best served at room temperature.
