La Châouette is an organic beer, traditionally crafted. It is available in Amber, Blonde, White, and seasonal (IPA, Triple, Spring, Winter, etc.). They are all pure malt, top-fermented beers, delicately hopped and spiced, giving them a typical roundness in the mouth and very different characters. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized in order to preserve all the subtle aromas that make them unique. A visit to the craft brewery is possible by appointment with a tasting of "La Châouette" production.
